The Moon is a luxurious facility, completed in 2018, offering long term residential rentals to independent individuals over the age of fifty. We offer hotel-style living and include breakfast and dinner, weekly housekeeping, laundry and most utilities in our monthly fee.
We have designed an exclusive community with 16 units in total including one studio, 12 one-bedroom suites and three two-bedroom, two-bathroom villas. All are ground floor units without steps.

One Bedroom Suites (Casitas)
Our one-bedroom suites are approximately 65m2 and 700 sq ft.
This offers you a spacious living area to accommodate a nice couch, loveseat and big screen TV.
The living room has plenty of light from its two large windows and a kitchenette rounds off the space with a refrigerator/freezer, sink and microwave.
The Bedroom is spacious enough to easily fit a king, queen or two double beds off the bedroom there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower along with storage space underneath the sink.
Outside each one-bedroom casita you will enjoy a semi-private “shared” terrace.
